Our small group culinary tours take you behind the scenes and to the source. Explore a region through its food and wine, connecting us to the history of a region, the spirit of its people, and the rhythm of daily life. With a maximum group size of 12 people, you can experience deeper connections with the destinations you visit – with more time, freedom and flexibility, plus opportunities to connect more closely with your local guides and fellow travelers. Relax, enjoy, and experience the best!
Travel Insurance
To safeguard your trip investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel protection covering trip interruption, possible quarantine coverage, cancellations, and any other unforeseen travel experiences such as loss of personal goods, delays, injuries, sickness or damage.
Flights
Airfare is not included in the trip cost. We ask that you wait to purchase your tickets until the trip is confirmed – about 4 months before departure.
If you need advice or help with arrival airports or connections please ask, we are here to help!

We require that guests have adequate health insurance to cover injury or illness while participating in the tour and that they certify that they have no medical or physical conditions which could interfere with their safety in the tour. Meals
Breakfast will be at our hotel each morning. The number of lunches and dinners included is listed with each itinerary. For these meals you will have 3 or 4 courses, beverages (water and wine) included. We personally choose the menus and wine pairings.
All other meals are on your own and our guide will be happy to give suggestions.
Activity Level: Medium
You can expect long days packed with activity and long strolls. You should be able to stand for sustained periods of time while cooking and baking in the kitchen. As is common in Europe, we’ll be walking on uneven ground with occasional steep hills and plenty of stairs.
If you have any hesitation or questions about the activity level, please feel free to reach out.
Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to change a hotel or other venue on the trip if, for some unforeseen event, it becomes necessary. If a change needs to be made, the level of service and quality will be equal to what has been agreed upon in the itinerary. We will advise the group of the change as soon as a problem should arise.
